  • I wish there was a less than one star rating available. Do not rent from these people!!! They are dishonest. We reserved a 24' truck because that size wasn't available at Uhaul and when we arrived the morning of moving they didn't have it. No one even called to tell us ahead of time. We had to take the 16' truck that was there because nothing else was available and it was moving day. The truck cab was filthy and sticky and the guy rushed us out the door because he had to deal with the guy after us who had rented an SUV which also wasn't available on the lot. The best part, when the charge hit our card, they had charged us for going 397 miles when we actually only went from Shaler to Mccandless (54mi because we had to make two trips with a smaller truck). After two phone calls to customer service I will say we did get a partial refund, however it was like pulling teeth to get good customer service.
