This review is based on the front desk staff we encountered this morning. On Saturday, we found a barely alive little ground squirrel on our front porch. A neighorhood cat attacked her. We cared for her all weekend until Monday morning rolled around and this place was opened. I was referred to this location because they take wildlife. I also read a few good reviews regarding wildlife care. We arrived at the office soon after they opened. There was a young man at the counter. He had us fill out paperwork then proceeded to tell us that the wildlife doctor will be out until May 7th. That is THREE WEEKS where he said the squirrel wouldn't be receiving care. He said they would just watch her and he said that it would be boring to do. I asked him if it would be weird to want updates? I asked this because I got attached and care about this animals well being. He flat out said yes and then tried to backtrack on saying that. He also didn't even check on her to see how she was. After all of this, he told us there was another vet we could possibly take her too. We left and won't be coming back.
Awful front desk, they are the face of your company and not a good one.
