  • Hear me out when I say I am one of the most positive people and try to find the good in every service. I never write horrible reviews. But if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to Al two days before I was leaving on vacation last week with hopes for a root blend and low lights. What I got was incredibly brassy roots and zero low lights. I left crying because I listened to her for 30 minutes telling me my hair was basically in the midst of falling out and that I'll never be able to color it unless I wanna lose all of my hair. Let alone the fact that I was leaving for vacation with disastrous looking hair. The next day I rushed to another stylist and she COMPLETELY fixed my hair with ZERO problems and one root color and one round of lowlights. Al had said that there was no way my hair could take any color. The first picture posted is exactly what I showed Al I wanted. Next, I posted pictures of my horrifying hair after coming to La Toyes Touch of Beauty; with absolutely zero resemblance to the picture I showed her. The last pic is of my brown, beautifully low lighted hair after another stylist fixed it; something Al said was impossible. The fact that ANY stylist would let someone walk out of their salon with the hair she left me with was absolutely appalling. Oh and not to mention the time I was in her chair she answered a phone call and was making rude, disgusted faces based off of what the customer was saying. I would never, ever recommend this salon to anybody. I wish I could get my money back from this disaster.
