I purchased a King size mattress and frame in March or April of 2017 and the frame already has parts that are broken. I called, spoke to a guy named Paul (he actually sold me the set) and he asks "How did that happen?" "Did someone jump on it?".
After I informed him it's only 2 adults in the household and we're not jumping on the bed, he then asked another associate if frames are covered under warranty. Found out yes it's covered for a year and while the Peoria store, (which is where I originally purchased set) doesn't have any the Bloomington store does. I informed him well since I live in Peoria and didn't purchase it in Bloomington I would like for him to order one to Peoria please.
This whole experience has left me knowing I WILL NEVER be purchasing anymore furniture from this place! Between March and May last year alone I purchased a bed and living room set from this company and to know 1st time I have an issue they ask me an insulting question like that has me furious. Better question is why after less than a year the product isn't holding up and worth what I paid?!
