  • So after just mentioning to friends that my biggest fear was my car breaking down and having next to NO ONE in Arizona (just moved here), of course my car breaks down.. on valentine's day. I was freaking out just a little bit, and clearly had no Idea what to do. Somehow google and an 800 number got me in touch with Auto Tune which happened to be down the street from my house. A tow truck came and got me, and again I was freaking out just a little.. the tow truck guy ( I think his name was Ed) maybe sensed that a little and made me feel a bit better, I'm sure it's not every day he picks up 20 year old girls alone in a big city with no idea what to do without their vehicle. So thank you Ed, you made my day a hell of a lot better :) Within a couple hours they had figured out what the problem was, and I was told I'd have my car hopefully tuesday afternoon. They were on the lookout for a loaner car for me (since theirs was loaned already) and I appreciated that very much. Monday at noon I get a call saying bad news, no loaner car.. but good news, my car was done. Talk about relieved! These guys were very friendly and took the time to explain everything to both my mom and I even though she was states away. I needed a new fuel pump even though mine had been replaced 4 months ago, and Derek sent me on my way with some business cards and the old pump so I could get my money back for it. Thank you so much Derek, I know who I'll come to as long as I'm in Phoenix! :)
