  • HORRIBLE customer service. I drop off my car around 5:15, they tell me they don't do rides back this late bc they close at 5:30. I said that's fine I will just uber it. I get an uber estimated time of arrival is 5:33. The man kicks me out of the office right at 5:30 in the heat (it's Arizona) knowing I have an uber on the way. I told him that it was terrible customer service and he asked me if I would let some one stay longer than when they were open. I said yes. It's called good customer service and he would no longer be getting my business despite the convenience of closeness to my home.
