  • We purchased our Trane system from Aloha in 2006, and had our first "problem" on a hot July day nine years later. "Freddie" arrived at our house about 35 minutes after we called, and within three hours of our call (which included travel to get some parts), he had everything working again. He also helped us program our thermostat, and gave us some great maintenance tips. Fast, courteous, professional service. Thanks, Freddie and Aloha!
