  • I hope you own a firearm if you're planning to live here, there is no Security the lighting is terrible, some of the residents and visitors are sketchy at best. There are no breed restrictions on pets at this property and the manager told me, residents can own a horse if they want to, so there is no telling what sort of dangerous animal you may encounter. The property is managed by three elderly ladies that probably should have retired 15 years ago, I found them to be in complete denial of the problems this property suffers from. If you like loud music between 2-6 Am and like to see appliances and furniture stored on common grounds, this place will be perfect for you. I have noticed some unregistered guests staying at the property from time to time, this practice usually adds an additional criminal element. I totally regret signing a lease with this property, Buyer Beware !
