  • I wanted to take a few minutes to rate this dealership as my wife and I had a great experience. We had previously visited Midway Chevrolet and had purchased (or thought the deal was done) a 2014 Malibu, long story short... they totally flubbed the deal and we ended up taking the car back to Midway. I had originally called Peoria Ford and spoke with Joe in used car sales so we decided to go there and I have to say Joe Verason spent the time to work with a gun shy couple that had just been burned and churned at Midway the previous week. He worked with our budget and his supervisor Jason (another incredible guy!) were easy to work with, no pressure and the experience of choosing was made easy. We picked a few cars, drove them and then picked a 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid with everything CPO (Certified Pre-Owned). I could tell Jason's been in the finance biz awhile as he knew what to do to help us get in the car! Financing went well and since the car smelled like cigarette smoke they even put it through this ionizing (or ozone) process that cleaned up and it smells like new!, Full tank of gas and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Shame on Midway for their dishonesty and just poor finance structuring methods, the difference between these two dealerships couldn't be more glaring, never will we go back to Midway. Peoria Ford.. you have our business for life! Joe and Jason are the two best we've ever seen and just can't speak highly enough about either as the day we were there the dealership was swamped they were just so professional, my hat's off to the both of you!
