  • Well, there isn't anything good I can say about a company that comes out to do a consult and then never contacts me back with a quote. I have a decent sized yard and limited access, so we even decided to take down a front cement wall in order for them to get their wheelbarrows through. We were ready to have them do a ton of work: moving large gravel, putting in borders throughout the whole yard, bringing in new small gravel, and a wide arc of artificial grass. This would have been an expensive job! Frank was the consultant who came out. We planned and spoke with him for quite some time and were very excited and began our planning. We were told we would be contacted with a quote. That was on November 27th. After two weeks I called the office and explained my issue. I was told she would speak directly to Frank and someone would contact me. I left my phone number again. We have never heard a word back from them. Naturally, we've decided to take our business elsewhere. I guess I should have paid attention to the other low reviews and lengthy rebuttals by the owner here on Yelp. Dear owner, don't bother to write about this one. Bad customer experience- no excuse for this. I decided others should be warned.
