  • Terrible customer service! I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off and an hour and half later still no phone call. I called back an hour later and car still wasn't done. I was then told that there are two different types of appointments and when I drop my car off they have all day to do it. That was not explained to me when I made the appointment. No point in even making an appointment! I went to Wilhelm to "wait" for my vehicle after already waiting 2 and a half hours. When I got there I was told the manager was checking on it. The manager never even spoke to me. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service.
