  • This is not the luxury apartment they advertise it to be. Pipes keep bursting and almost everything is being torn up due to the water. Gym is no longer functional, and the hallways smell awful. The water is also shut off at least 3x's per month due to all of the plumbing issues. You would think current residents would receive a break in the very expensive rent- nope. People do not clean up after themselves and there is a ton of dog feces around the building and often in the hallways. This complex is just about being managed by a slumlord.
