  • 401 has the best prices on board games in Toronto, hands down. I believe they had a sign out front saying their prices were better than US prices, and from what I saw that's true. I found lots of games in their store that were several dollars Canadian cheaper than I'd pay on Amazon or CoolstuffInc in the US, and with the exchange rate that comes out even better. They have shelves and shelves of games, and I found several I'd been looking for that were either new and out of stock elsewhere, or I'd only seen online before. The staff was very friendly, and the store was very busy even on a Wednesday afternoon. There's a whole upstairs area with tables to either rent games from them (those are the black bookshelves in pictures on Yelp) or to play the games you bought downstairs. You can easily kill an afternoon at 401 Games.
