  • 6-23-18 Ok I don't have an account but I am thinking of it. May be I dont like my money in a bank just keep it IRA. But my wife does. She been with B of A for over 15 years. We always go to North Craig B of A. That location is so cool! They alway take care of us, And they deposit all my fedelity checks big or small with no hassle to my wife's account. Like I'm thinking of opening an account because of them. If they are cool, then all B of A should be. Right? We couldn't go there that it was closed today. I don't know why. So we stop by the blue diamond location. Which is 1 minute away from my wifes work. There were a young teller and a young white female manager. They both look like age 19. The manager states they couldn't deposit my check to my wife's account that it's too large too write off and to go to our home B of A location. I seriously can't believe that! We're the hell you hire these two from? They need to go back to the 99 cent store where they belong. They cant handle a bank. May be she could of make a effort to make a phone call. May be im tired of an IRA and I do need a bank. They need help over there and to be retrained. She could have been sincere and earned my trust and be clear on benifits of opening an account. It was slow morning not busy, We need professionals in the bank field. Ones who understands customers, understand money and earning a business like the North Craig/Rancho location. Ridiculous!! And to be real clear all banks we visit states that we can only do deposits till check clears. That's all we wanted. The check sits in my wife account anyways!! Can I mention another B of A that we visited took care of us?
