  • I went to enquire about the gym today and i had a tour scheduled but was greeted in a very rude manner. He asked me multiple times why did I scheduled the tour. He then asked me if i wanted to take a family package and i said i can decide after the tour but he replied, please say now as i do not want to waste time if you don't want it. During the entire tour he was very disinterested in showing the facilities but somehow i still continued with the tour. After the tour completed he showed me some very expensive packages, but i showed him the ones online which were half the initiation fees and then he said those were available too. During the entire tour he seemed like he did not want us to join. He finally gave us a deal which was still way too expensive and when we asked for more time to think , he crushed the paper he had put the deal and said okay no deal available tomorrow. It is really sad to see people who are not passionate about the job trying to sell the packages . I really hope this situation improves as it leads to bad customer experiences.
