  • Stay away from US Bank. I closed my account in March via this branch after making sure my account was balanced. They took my debit card but never closed the account. Just got a letter stating they closed my account and I now owe them money. Called their 800 number and no help, conveniently they can't access information that far back. From choosing what to process first so they can charge you fees to straight up refusing to close your balanced account so they hit you with fraudulent fees 3 months down the road. If they don't fix this I'll be going to the BBB.
