rev:text	I wish I could give this place negative stars. I have a 1 year old it's 2:30 am I'm an emerald member and the lady won't let me leave! My husband and I both called to tell them my flight was delayed. I got in a 1 am. I asked the lady what I'm supposed to do with a one year old she said and I quote "NOT MY PROBLEM, I CANT LET YOU LEAVE" I rent from them all the time. I'm standing outside in the rain with my daughter waiting on Uber!
