This Hertz location has THE WORST customer service and it's reflected in the attitude of their employees. As a frequent renter (each week for work), I come to expect basic friendly and helpful service.
Last week my car didn't have a snow brush. It's my fault for not looking when I picked up the car. But when I returned it I mentioned it to the attendant. His answer "Oh that's not my job." Not an "I'm sorry, I'll make a note of it."
Yesterday, when picking up my car, (I did check for the brush), I noticed the inside windows were filthy. I asked an attendant walking by if I could either get someone to clean them or get me the materials I would do it myself. His answer "I"m not a cleaner." and kept walking.
Hertz, you need to clean up your customer service. These are not phases paying customers want or need to hear, especially after traveling all day or night to get to Toronto.
