  • I wanted to make a comment about this past Sunday when my boyfriend and I went to look at dishwashers. An older lady in a grey sweater with ruffles helped us compare dishwashers and she was SO nice. She really took her time with us and was pretty much everything a Home Depot employee would ideally be. My boyfriend and I went to Loew's next and didn't get service like at Home Depot at all! When my boyfriend got home he ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot's website. I had to call Home Depot yesterday to rearrange the delivery time because a 7am- 11am window does not work for me. I live in a gated community and they would never let any deliveries in at 7am- let alone the fact that 7am is an impolite time to be showing up at anyone's door to deliver and install equipment. I am giving five stars to this Home Depot for the way we were helped in the store as well as on the phone yesterday. I want to give the delivery service one star though because no one answered the 888 number and everything is automated with no choices on times for delivery.
