  • First of all, this is not a theater in the Planet Hollywood Hotel as Vegas.com has you think. This is a small venue in back of the mall ( Miracle Mile) adjacent to the Hotel with several different shows going on. I bought my tickets well in advance. The on-line ticket purchase said I needed to pick up the tickets at least an hour in advance of the show. I got there 2 hours early to get the tickets to get the best seat possible since I have a vision problem. The guy at the Will-call booth told me there were no seat assignments and that 30 minutes before show time the door to go to the theater would be open. We got in line in front of the door to wait. At this time there were others now waiting. Someone opened the door and directed us up a winding stair well to the 2nd floor waiting room. We waited another 20 minutes as other people came in the waiting room with no line as to who came first. Just one big room with a bar that started to fill up. Those who came in after us started standing in front of the theater door to go in. We finally got in and was treated in a patronizing manner when I mentioned the seating situation to the the guy directing us. We sat in the center of the seating area with those who came in after us sitting in front of us. The theater is very small and cramped. The temperature is kept extremely cold for some reason and made the experience lousy. The show only highlights 3 Superstars with some dancers (Whitney Houston, Micheal Jackson and Rod Stewart) although the performers do a good job on a small stage, the whole experience is not worth the money. The theater staff including the ticket seller was either rude or non-caring. Never again will I spend my time or money at this theater.
