  • Seriously awesome service!! Quick rundown: I bought a 7.0 Cubic Foot GE Chest Freezer on Facebook Marketplace... worked great for a few days, then all of a sudden it stopped working. No lights, no compressor noise, no cooling. Definitely receiving power from the outlet. I moved it to another outlet to test and still nothing. I called Valleywide Appliances Service & Repair at closing time (literally 5 minutes before they closed), Anthony got me scheduled in for next day service call. Next day, they were ahead of schedule and able to arrive before my scheduled time and called to see if that would be OK (of course it is!), they arrived when they said they would (early!), diagnosed the issue on-site, had a new replacement part in their mobile inventory, repaired it, stayed to make sure the freezer was working, moved it back into place for me, and charged me less than what some other places were quoting just to walk through the door! Now I have a great place to crawl into and cool off in the summer time. Just kidding, definitely a food freezer. :) A++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
