  • The first time I went into this salon, a super nice guy helped me out. He stayed open late so I could get a basic acrylic fill. He did a really awesome job. They looked great ! Price was great ! No complaints. Today was a TOTALLY different situation. His mother did my nails today. I asked for almond shape with a dull tip. She filed them into a round uneven mess. She did two coats of shellac polish which normally anywhere else covers the nail. Her polish is patchy. I can see parts of the nail. She rushed to get me in and out, burnt me with the electric file multiple times while trying to get my original shellac polish off, talked to me twice, snapped at me to pick a colour. It's been two hours and the colour is peeling because she didn't let it dry. And to boot, my nails are so thick because she didn't file them after putting on the acrylic powder. I am so disappointed because the first experience was great ! This time, it sucked.
