  • In case you don't know - cash only. The burgers are well done only. Not my preference but what the heck, when in a local institution you don't debate tradition. I was pleasantly surprised. I thought this is going to be like eating a brick or tasteless. Absolutely not. It was a really good tasting chargrilled burger. Staff is great. Just what you expect from a diner: helpful, pleasant, fast and natter-of-fact. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in Pittsburgh again because there are a lot of things on the menu to try. I saw a waffle with strawberries that looked delish.
