  • I called they set the phone down, OVER ten minutes later I am still listening to them greet people and serve them food. No one came back to the phone. There is simply no level of customer service with these people. I've had such bad experiences I don't want to even go there anymore it's filthy. This was my last ditch effort to order pickup and they never even bothered to pick the phone back up. I'll save my money this time and eat out of Slavic Village next time.
