  • This is in the West Valley (Avondale). My front-load washing machine wasn't draining. I called for an estimate and discussed best- and worst-case repair scenarios, so I asked to schedule an appointment. Within a half hour, the technician called back and was open to scheduling any time, including same day. On the day of service, he called me when he was 30-45 minutes out to let me know he was on the way. The technician was polite and fast. He tested the machine's operation to verify the problem and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He showed me the clog in the pump, cleaned it out, reassembled the pump, and verified the repair. The whole thing took less than 45 minutes. When it came to billing, he showed me the flat-rate book and the discount I'd received. Since I had him perform the repair, the diagnostic fee was waived. Definitely recommend these guys again. Fantastic, fast service!
