  • About a month ago I called Stell to get a quote on some roofing repairs. I was pretty specific in what I need - a very small area of my roof needed some new shingles and then I wanted another area fixed so birds would stop nesting in the roof area. I was told the appointment would take a month to schedule. Since this wasn't urgent I agreed. They were supposed to come out this morning and I took the morning off from work to be home to meet the contractor. I get a call from them 47 minutes before they are supposed to arrive stating that they misunderstood my request and for them to do a roof repair the wait is 4-5 months so they weren't going to show up. It would have been nice to have known when I originally called and not right before the contractor is supposed to be at my home. What a waste.
