  • I just want to say how impressed and satisfied with the service I received! I had a clogged bathrub drain and an issue with my water heater, I wasn't sure if a rooter guy could help or not. Let me just start by saying I called to get a quote and immediately was offered an appointment the same day! Lily booked it and let me know Dan would be out in 45 minutes and would call 10 minutes prior to arrival. Not even 10 minutes later he calls to let me know he's en route! I was not home at the time so my girlfriend got to meet him, she said he was super nice and super professional. Dan texted me pictures of the clog before and after, then let me know Lily was to call to collect payment. Just a few minutes after I received his text she called and collected payment, quickly and securely. The both of them were super nice and all around fantastic! I will definitely be using this company again if I have any issues! *On a side note Dan tweaked my water heater a little bit and it has been working phenomenally!* Thank you Dan and Lily!!!
