rev:text	jesus almaez manager at this location, so i go purchased some items through paly pal called them to make payment with credit card they said that the money had to come out of my wells fargo bank act, i told them the money wouldn't be in there and i wanted to use credit card they cant do that because it was set as pay after delivery and the only payment could come out of acct so pay pal advised me that i had to let the items go through bank and then they would send me letter so wells fargo would take off fees for me. and that is what pay pal did email me a letter i printed it and took it to the wells fargo bank on w cheyanne las vegas nv so the manager jesus almarez pretty much called me a liar and said that he wouldn't except this letter and that he wanted a letter head to prove that pay pal sent it so even better i called pay pal and had a three way with jesus almarez and the pay pal lady said that the letter she sent is the only document they send out, she said that she would email it directly to jesus almarez and he said no i don't get emails, and that she needed to mail it in the mail no email wow who the fuk do you think you are wells fargo god i dont think so budy i told him that i want this fixed then i wanted to close this acct. he wouldnt help at all so i am done with wells fargo they have different rules at each branch they will move around your trans actions so that the little ones come out first and you get over draft fees look it up there is class action law suits against wells fargo becuase of this situation. so then i decided to go to the complaint dept online and they call it the hissing kitty. so im thinking that when you are complaing they think its a joke. well i think wells fargo is a joke and that jesus almarez both should remember that ripping off people wont get you very far, and that mabey you should remeber that the paople you are staeling from are the reason you have jobs. my hard earned money will now be with a small credit union. well jesus almarez all you needed to do was your job, help your customer out when needed and you woulnt have lost this banker.. good luck with your job dont call you customers liars not goos for business.......
