  • I have been contemplating about sending this review. First of all this is a car dealer that use the bait and switch on you. I walked in there with confidence and knowing what my credit score was. They came back to say my score was 100 points less. So basically my credit card companies and credit Karma are considered to be a lie according to them. I showed them my Fico score also. Then they completely put you down and look for anything they can find that is negative on your credit. Doesn't matter if it was over five years ago. Basically their motive is to break you down so you could appreciate the little break you think your getting. By then you have self doubt and hate yourself by wanting to do business with them. I have seen some shady business practices but this takes the cake. Not to mention their follow-up was terrible. They said they were checking on things and would call me back. After giving them the benefit of the doubt they did not call after two days and I was the one calling them back. This was on three occasions. So this car deal was a long drawn out process. For any others that are thinking about using them. Be careful and go to a non Findlay establishment.
