  • I stay in hotels A LOT for work. Have stayed in this hotel twice and won't stay there again. The rooms are not cleaned that well. The pillows are hard. But worse that any of that....the service is not up to par...actually far from par. For example, was there on a Saturday night and was awoken on Sunday morning at 9:30am (the only day I get to sleep past 6am) with the housekeeping staff knocking on my door. She even came in the room. I called down to ask what was going on. Was told it was all my fault because I didn't put the "do not disturb sign" on my door and actually housekeeping starts at 9am....on a SUNDAY....good grief!
