  • It was our last night in Canada and after checking Yelp we decided to give Belvedere a try. It was early so there were plenty of tables. The owner was very friendly and spent quite a bit of time with us discussing the menu items and their cooking method. They use the Sous Vide method . We tried the fresh made sour dough bread with green onion butter, I had a filet mignon and my husband had lamb. We also shared a Caesar salad. The food was all delicious and it seems they put a little twist of extraordinary into everything. We were very happy with our choice.
