  • I stopped by Earth Fare while I was visiting my sister in NC. It was a spontaneous stop - we were looking for a healthy lunch in the area. We started with the juice bar, and you have the option of choosing your veges or selecting one of the drinks that they are featuring. I chose the "go green" and added spirulina and apple. It was quite good. For lunch, we split items from the salad/hot bar. The grilled brussel sprouts, the vegetable casserole, the cooked cabbage and the cucumber salad were all delicious. In fact, I will definitely head back there the next time I am in town. It was reasonably priced for the selections. I expect to pay a premium for organic food.
