  • We used champion movers because someone we knew was a friend of theirs When Jeff came to the house I showed him what we were taking and not taking . When he sent the estimate it listed everything in the home . We were taking only the beds from the master , nothing from the other bedrooms nor where we taking Any dressers . The list included 70 boxes - I informed him we might have 30 possibly 40 med. Jeff said that after pick up it will be adjusted . Still waiting for the adjustment and return call . When the furniture was delivered it was horrible . They arrive at 10 and we're still there at 7 pm . Mind you they put all the boxes in the kitchen . The only thing that needed to be put together was a king bed adjustable and our kitchen table . They picked up and took the items apart . They did not know how to put them together . They had no tools to do it . The one young man was trying but they couldn't do it . Items were broke , boxes smashed . It was extremely unprofessional . My husband is a disabled veteran and I am older so it was hard to fix the mess . We were so disgusted . Going through our belongings looking for tools . We had to go to Home Depot the next day to get screws and pieces for the bed to put it together .the table was left open because it was put together incorrect. We had to get someone to take it apart and re connect . Horrible . We called Jeff - left messages but still no return call . That alone tells you to look for another company . Oh , did I mention they want full payment . Cash before they will begin to bring in the items . I guess once they get the money , they can do anything . No recourse D alonso
