  • I recently moved to chicago after graduating from u of i this spring. I have to admit that i'm somewhat in a panic about getting my hair cut in the city. Despite the abundance of salons in this area, i have grown to LOVE ippatsu over the last few years. I have gone to Doug throughout my time going to ippatsu and he is absolutely incredible! I have never felt so comfortable with someone cutting my hair! I could easily tell him to do whatever he wanted and would not feel nervous for a second. I would highly recommend the salon, and would suggest going to Doug if you're looking for someone fantastic! (though i know their other stylists are awesome as well!) Some might complain about the price, but i think $40 is a very small price to pay for a perfect hair cut and the confidence you'll have in your stylist! : ) I can easily see myself working in trips back to campus just to get a great haircut...I'm going to miss it!
