  • Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I called to order 4 dozen rolled tacos the morning of Cinco De Mayo for an office event. I knew that El Molino would probably be busy that day, so I called and ordered 4 HOURS in advance to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. I spoke to the owner who told me it was no problem and he would have it taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff had no orders for me. They all just shook their heads and no one even offered an apology. The owner couldn't even look me in the eye. Apparently they were understaffed, as if that was an acceptable excuse. Youre a MEXICAN FOOD restaurant on Cinco De Mayo! The least they could have done was called me to let me know so I could make alternative arrangements. Absolutely terrible. Then to top it off, when I was standing there at the counter waiting for some sort of resolution , the guy taking the orders picked up the phone right in front of me to take someone else's order- that's when I walked out. Will NEVER use them again. Don't waste your time if you need a dependable catering option.
