About 3 years my brother got me a gift of custom buttons. I placed the order and never got them. The USPS tracking number said it was delivered to my locked mail room, but I never got them. Contacted customer support and they responded, but the only thing they told me was to contact the USPS.
Every year I get a holiday card from Pure Buttons thanking for my business...it's as if they want to remind me of that one time that I didn't get an xmas present from my brother. :(
