rev:text	Avoid this location if you can. This is my first time renting a car. I recently had to take mine in for some repair work and needed a rental for a few days. I arranged my pickup for 9:00am. I called to utilize their shuttle service to pick me up from the auto body about 4 miles away. The lady on the phone told me nothing was available until 10:30am. Really? I was on a time crunch so I decided to take an uber to the rental location (this was about the only enjoyable part of this mess). I was the only person in line but all three workers were busy with other customers. As I was waiting the line begins to form out of the door. I'm not sure why the level of incompetence for these budget workers is so high but it was about a 30 min wait in line (like I said I was the first and only in line when I arrived there). The man who helped me was very nice, I did appreciate his help and attentiveness, I didn't get his name but he's a bald guy, buff, tattoos. He got my agreement done quickly and told me someone would be grabbing my car. About 20 mins later, no car. The workers kept asking to see my agreement to try to find my car. It was so unorganized. The worker who took my keys for the car apparently left them on the counter and never went to grab it. The original man who helped me saw me waiting and the train wreck that was unraveling and ended up grabbing the car himself for me which was very nice of him. Overall, I would never rent from this location again. I have yet to return the car so I'm sure it'll be just as terrible when I go back. Allow yourself at least an hour and a half to get in and out of there whether you are renting or returning.
