  • I took the family to see a movie on Sunday and as always the line was 20 people deep with only 2 windows open. As we approached the window the shift supervisor Jason Chang puts the "next window please" sign right in front of me but he begrudgingly assisted me. He asked for my regal card and swipes it once and says it doesn't work and tossed into the tray. I paid with 2 gift cards one had a small amount the other had 100 he used both he tossed both in the trash, I didn't realize it until I went into the lobby. When I returned to retrieve my gift card he says he gave them back to me and walked away. I asked if he could scan the cards he tossed in the trash and of course what do you know one still had 85 dollars. He tossed in the tray and just walked away, no apology, just an absolute ahole.!
