  • Such a disappointment! John was really nice the entire time he sold me a misrepresented snake. Almost 3 years ago I purchased a snake from them that had "guaranteed" genetics. I have purchased feeders from them many times all along feeding her to grow her up to breed. As it turns out she doesn't carry the genetics that they promised. Their resolution was to buy her back. No compensation for 3 years of rats that they profited, not to replace her with an equal quality animal with proper genetics and I even offered them some of her babies to help offset their exposure. They said to sue them if I didn't like it:( I am concerned that they wouldn't stand behind their "guarantee" better than that. I believe they are responsible to provide me the animal they sold me that is of equal size and quality. How is that not fair? And I offered them less than that and they told me to hit the road. Buyer beware with this place! Smiles and BS is still BS! I have found that Predators, just down the road, offers honest help and they understand the small guy that enjoys reptiles as pets. Pass on this ARC and go to Predators!
