  • We had my son's 3rd bday party here. We booked a room for 1.5 hours. I was a bit dissatisfied at first that they only give you 15 minutes for set up, but when I got there I realized why. They set up balloons and party hats for you and the rooms are colorful so it doesn't require much. So that was nice. We brought a cake from the shop downstairs and that was so convenient. The only issue I had was that the room was on an upper lever with no elevator so it was a challenge for those with strollers and for me to bring up my wagon with food. If some has a relative or friend in a wheelchair, they wouldn't be able to attend the party! :( The service was great. The people that work there are on top of their game. Making sure you're okay and take care of. The kids had such an amazing time on all the rides! Made me happy.
