  • I USED to go there all the time. They USED to do great work & the service was always top notch. Until my last experience with them. I took my Titan in to get the transmission replaced. The manager Drew was very accommodating to get this job done. When the job was complete I picked up the truck and it was driving nice. Until later that night I drove it and the exhaust was making a loud noise & my oil gauge was going crazy. I had to wait till Monday to call since they are closed on Sundays. Sunday morning I walked out the truck & noticed the bumper was hit. I called & talked to the other manager Tom who in my opinion the biggest Ahole.. Why this guy is aloud to talk to customers is beyond me. He said that I need to wait for Drew to get in. I talked to Drew explained the issues, he had me bring the truck back in. Like usual Drew took care of the issues. But my bumper was still wrecked. Drew said he would look into it.. I provided photos of the truck before the work was done the bumper was not ruined. They had my truck in their shop for 4 days prior to the work. After days of going back & forth they told me that I could kick rocks, there is nothing that they will do for me. I was even told that I could email the owners or call them, but was never provided contact info. I was told that I could sue them if I wanted too.. So I am. I have an AG complaint filed. A BBB complaint filed, And now in the process to file a law suite. I hope you still have your " security footage " on hand.. Now I do have to admit that the manager Drew was just doing his job and telling me what he was told my the owners. Drew is a good guy & will try to make do the right thing. Tom the other manager needs to update his people skills. He has to be the most worthless person to deal with there. Other Midas shops in the valley even agree what an ahole he is..
