  • About 6 months ago I purchased a 2008 Acura TL from Adam Rosen at Acura of Peoria. When we made the deal, Adam had promised us both front seats would get reupholstered, which took a facebook complaint on their review page to make it happen. Well 6 months into this vehicle and we needed to trade it in for a different car due to growing family. I went to a different dealership to get the TL appraised. There I learned that the vehicle is worthless. According to the appraising dealership the vehicle was sold with structural damage and it cannot be sold again and they sell them at auction only. Which it now shows on carfax. I was never told by Adam or anyone at the Acura of Peoria about this damage. I am unable to trade this vehicle in and pretty much stuck with a salvage vehicle endangering the safety of me, other drivers and my family. I recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle from any Berkshire Hathaway dealership to look elsewhere. They are only interested in making a sale, no matter what lies or worthless cars they sell. I still find this unbelievable. I even went to a different dealership, another Berkshire dealer and the manager there told me he cannot believe they sold me a car with structural damage.
