I can't help going to McDonald's once a month when I'm in a hurry and in my car.
The recorded message (spoken about in another review) asking me if want two something's is not gone based on my experience today. Head office should consider the disconcerting effect this has on many of their customers. Just because it gives a per-order sales bump does not mean it's the right thing to do.
When I arrived at the "first window" after ordering it was impossible to tell if it was open because they have plastered it with an opaque window-photo? I know they are designed so the employees can see out but what were they thinking?
The smoothie was pretty good as always, I ordered a Southwest Wrap and it was good as ever but they missed the fries on my order.
Of the food I actually received I would give it a solid 3.5 but the rest of the experience dropped my rating to 2.
