  • Very loud conversations in the relaxation area (before going in for a treatment). The ladies would talk loudly about the other clients and even laughed at the masseuse that assisted me. I find that very rude! In the pool, guys were chatting loudly on their phone, so the sound carries and it echos! I was a little disappointed because I was planning on staying after my treatment to relax but I just couldn't.
