  • Been going here for about 5 or 6 years now. Typically go at 5AM and usually see the same grinders. Great group of people that understand we're all here to get work done. Never had a complaint. If anything it's gotten better over the years as they have recently updated all the cardio equipment, added new racks for some Olympic style lifting, TRX and remodeled all the locker rooms. For 20 - 30 dollars a month you can't go wrong. (If you're looking for more... Like towel service and a receptionist that wears a suit (polyester suit) there's a gym overcharging for $150 a month not too far) I've been here at peak hours like mid-mornings on the weekends or after 5PM on the weekdays and yes it does get busy but what gym isn't. It never feels pretentious and if you hang around long enough after the New Years resolution you'll actually meet some really nice people. Plan to keep my membership for many years to come!
