  • I used Allstar Metro Movers in 2010 to move from a second story apartment in Tempe to a third story apartment in Scottsdale. I hired Allstar because they offered lower rates and I noted that they have a good BBB rating, which made me feel comfortable. I did hear some horror stories from other moving companies and through some other review websites, but figured that this might just be competition. In any case, I went ahead with it. The two guys showed up on time and overall did a good job. Again, this was from a second story to a third story. The largest items I had them move were a bed, a couch, a loveseat, and about 10-15 big boxes full of miscellaneous items. They kind of seemed worn out by the end, but who wouldn't be in Arizona and with so many stairs. They did not damage any of my items and were polite. Like I said, overall a good job. It worries me to see the negative ratings, but I feel confident that I would use them again.
