  • This airline doesnt even deserve 1 star. They are so idiotic and money hungry idiots. How do you not mention to one that economic tickets have changed recently and you cant carry more than one item?! They told me I couldnt have my purse! Really?! I have a meal cooler for portioned meals and they only fit containers not a purse! Tried to up-sale and say well you can pay $400 to check additional bags here to make your flight. OR go through security again and check the bags $25 per bag. My plane ticket cost less than $400!!!! Are you a moron?! Do people actually fall for that shit?! Assholes. Dumb fucking people. United sucks. UPDATE: Had a later flight but boarding took forever! AND once boarded sat on the plane for 40+ minz NO AC and NO water! This is NOT ok. Inhuman! This airline deserves to be shut down! Ask for water they said NO. So wait until I see you in court. Let me add this-- all bags that were suppose to be under the plane for that flight were separated not on the carrousel. One bag in one baggage terminal and the other two opposite end of airport completely different terminal to take a tram. THERE WILL BE A PHONE CALL HERE SHORTLY.
