  • The most horrible experience ever at a nail salon. I went in for a fill and pedicure for my gel nails. The lady doing my services, had some type of shaking disorder. The gel pedicure didn't turn out, was dull. So she removed the gel pedicure, at that point, I didn't trust them enough to do another gel pedicure, so I asked for a regular polish, she made mistakes on almost each toe. Then she soaked off my nails when trying to take off the gel polish, did she replace them, nope just filed them and loaded up on the fill. Now they are lumpy and bumpy....also cut me when was filing; didn't bother to clean her equipment, so the thought of there being blood on their tools totally freaks me out. Complained to the manager when paying....she didn't care at all. 3 hours invested for the most pathetic nails. No customer service! 1 star is too much!
