  • I just registered the yelp account to tell my great experience with Richard. Today the handyman came and replaced the pipe and garbage disposal under the sink due to some leak under the sink. The handyman told us that we had severe hidden water damage for long long time since the date of faulty garbage disposal installation (which was installed many many years ago) and the damage was beyond the control (cabinet, wall, mold...), and he gave us the phone number of the restoration company, and asked us call them immediately before calling the home insurance company, and the restoration company will work with home insurance company and file the claim. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, but now we had to deal with severe water damage issues. We were very worried and stressed, but also had some questions. Because we had several people come to fix the pipe/faucet last year and there were never any indications that there were issues of garbage disposal or water damage. Also the back of our cabinet was not facing the wall and looked OK. So we went on yelp to find a reputed restoration company instead the one recommended by the handyman. Here you go, we found Richard! Upon talking to Richard, he came to our place almost within 10 minutes. After the inspection, Richard told us that there is no water damage, there is none! Richard instructed us how to dry the cabinet and he did not charge us anything. I am really impressed by his honesty and professionalism and his courage to do the right thing! He is a person with decency and integrity. He gave us a great holiday present and relieved us from the stress. I truly believe that Richard will have a great success in his business. I strongly recommend him to people who want to seek restoration service. Richard, thank you! Also thanks yelp for providing this great platform!
