  • I called and talked w Keith at Firestone on S Durango this morning to find out the wait wouldn't be long (~30 min) to trouble shoot a steering wheel vibration at hwy speeds. I was there by 8:15 am and they got me right into a bay by 8:30. Keith came back to me pretty quickly and let me know the alignment was off on 3 of the 4 tires. They had $30 off lifetime alignment so I had them do the alignment, wheel balance and rotate the tires. By 10 am or so I had my car and the vibration was gone. Great customer service, quick trouble shooting and fair prices. Thanks Keith and your team.
